Ahmed A Ghazzal

Mr Ghazzal is a Managing Director at CPL. He is a multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary generalist with a career spanning over 40 years in merchant/investment banking, corporate advisory, management consulting and private equity, matured in top-tier global companies. He is actively involved in buy-out and buy-in opportunities across a wide range of business sectors including hospitality, real estate, consumer goods and retail, fashion and industrials: mainly oil and gas, infrastructure and cyber security. He currently holds several Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Board Member positions.

Prior to Crossroad Partners, Mr Ghazzal was a Managing Partner of Doha-based Concordia Capital. Earlier, as a Principal and Master Franchisee, he established a chain of retail stores in Portugal for an Italian fashion brand. Prior to that, he held several positions at Banco Efisa, Lisbon, and Sumitomo Bank, London.  

Mr Ghazzal received his MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Bridgeport, his B.A. in Political Science and Management from Oklahoma City University, and was educated at Allhallows School, England.

He speaks Arabic, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Naji Joseph Meouchi

Mr Meouchi is a Managing Director at CPL. He is an Electro-Mechanical engineer with nearly 20 years of global experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, private equity and venture capital investments in Europe, Middle East, GCC, US and China, covering a wide range of business sectors that includes healthcare, renewable energy, mining, real estate, construction and information technology.  

Prior to Crossroad Partners, Mr Meouchi was Vice President of PEPlus Capital Advisors, Dubai, an investment bank and advisory firm focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and private equity (PE) advisory. He worked on cross-border M&A and PE advisory at Concordia Capital, a Doha-based investment bank and earlier at Mashreq Bank in Dubai. Prior to that, he was with Alantra/C.W. Downer & Co. Paris, focusing on M&A, and with HSBC France, Paris, focusing on Securitization and Asset Backed Securities.

Mr Meouchi received his MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris, his M.Eng. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth / ESIB, and was educated at Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour, Lebanon.

He speaks Arabic, English, French, German and Polish.

Samer Bounasreddine

Mr Bounasreddine is a Director at CPL. He brings around 20 years of experience in business management, strategy, revenue growth, and client relationship across the Middle East Africa / MEA region with extensive multinational experience in managing complex deal cycles and setting Go-to-Market strategies to diverse sectors including telecommunication, energy and utilities, aviation, and enterprise. 

Prior to joining Crossroad, Mr Bounasreddine worked extensively in the technology sector across MEA with leading multinational organisations.

Mr Bounasreddine received his Global Executive MBA with distinction from INSEAD Business School with focus on advanced corporate strategy, M&A, sustainable finance and business sustainable strategies. He received his Masters of Engineering from Telecom Paristech, Paris, France and his bachelor of engineering from Ecole supérieure d’ingénieurs de Beyrouth / ESIB, Lebanon.

He speaks Arabic, English, French and Spanish.

Beata Gladysz

Ms Gladysz is a Director at CPL. With over 15 years of experience in strategic relationship management, business development, and revenue growth, she has a proven track record of success across various sectors, including investments, energy, biotech, and information technology. She has extensive experience in the Polish market and provides expert guidance on cross-border ventures and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Crossroad Partners, she was the International Scaling Director at Luma Holding Ltd, a private equity fund active across the CEE and Africa, focusing on downstream, industrial, consumer goods, medical sectors, and new technologies, where she managed a diverse portfolio of companies in Poland, the Balkans, and African regions.

She was Marketing Business Partner at EIP Group, serving major companies in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Great Britain and Business Development Strategist at MAIN Data Centers, where she spearheaded marketing and sales processes and secured financing for green energy projects. Ms Gladysz holds a degree in Logistics and Administration in the Media from the University of Warsaw.
